RUFF RIDERS SIGN FORMER NFL STAR OF THE DALLAS COWBOYS.
Quincy Carter has been signed to his first season with the Abilene Ruff Riders.
“We are very excited about having Quincy in Abilene. We believe he is going to make a lot of plays for us this season. He has a big time arm with big time experience. I’m looking forward to having Quincy in a Ruff Riders uniform.” stated Abilene Ruff Riders Head Coach, Gerald Dockery.
